Finding the right team to invite into your home for a big job is always a challenge, but I must say Air Force delivered in spades. They were professional, courteous, respectful, well priced, and zero sales pressure - simply: here's what's wrong and here's how we can work with you to fix it. Edwyn and the entire Air Force team were great from start to finish. Would absolutely hire them again (not that we'll need to), and can't recommend them enough. A+ service!

Edwyn Mena and Rafael Quintana just repaired my air conditioning system in Thousand Oaks, CA. They were so professional-immediately detected and repaired the problem quickly. They cleaned everything perfectly when the job was finished. Pleasant, smart, and knowledgeable. We were so thankful for their prompt same day service.

Ernest Valencia came out for a preventive maintenance call and not only solved our issue with poor airflow in the upstairs bedrooms, he even recharged our entire system. Now the AC is blowing like we’re in the Arctic! ❄️ Not only is he amazing at his job, he’s also one of the nicest service professionals I’ve ever met. Rafael and Jose came out to see if they could repair my split air conditioning unit. They were professional, friendly and fairly priced! They fixed the unit and helped me with some other air conditioning issues I’ve been having. They will be returning to install a whole house fan. So excited to be ready to handle the summer heat! I had a wonderful experience with Edwyn and Alex at Air Force. I had first called a competitor when my upstairs air vents stopped blowing any air - after promising to call me back in 15 minutes with their availability, 2 hours later I called back and they said they couldn’t get to me until the following week. When I called Air Force, they were able to come out that afternoon. Edwyn and Alex were able to diagnose my problem and repair my AC unit after clearly explaining my options and costs. They even stopped by a week later for a courtesy follow up to make sure everything was still working perfectly. Can’t say enough good things. Definitely make Air Force your first call.

If you are looking for an air conditioning or heating installation Air Force one is your go to company! Rocky, the owner, came out to give a quote the day my wife phoned and was here an hour explaining different options and prices. He told us exactly what would be done, where placement of mini split units could work for us or the option of a whole house system. For us it was the mini split units that that we decided on. He was so very knowledgeable about his work and very personable. You'll see it's hard not to like Rocky! Two days later his crew was here for the job. All his guys were very friendly, respectful of our property and efficient on every step. When one of our plants in the backyard was accidentally ruined Rocky made us offers to rectify the situation immediately. Jason, who came out to give me an estimate was so friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. He gave us a quote on the costs for repairs vs replacement. After he diagnosed our equipments, he was honest that our units were reparable and a replacement was not at all necessary. Since our units were 24 yo, we decided to go a head and replace both units. We were outstandingly surprised with their pricing. Another company quoted us $40K to replace both units, AFAC & Heating ended up costing us $23K. Jesse, the owner and an Air Force veteran, was all hands on and so transparent and thorough with explaining their products. He took the time following up making sure we were being taken care of during the whole process. His crew was very courteous, pet friendly, and hardworking.
