From start to finish a phenomenal experience. AC died on the weekend, to go with the furnace that died last winter. Knew it was time to replace the 25+ year old unit. Called Monday morning. Neil was at the house Monday afternoon. Quoted a price about $1000 less than I was expecting based on quoted amounts from other companies at the time the furnace died about a year ago. Installed exactly 7 days later by Trey and Pete, pure professionals who set up the whole system including getting me set up with the app on my phone to add remote access. Neil and a supervisor came by to check on the installation as well - I felt very well taken care of! Communication exemplary. Compliments and thanks also to Mandy from the front office who stayed in touch through the whole process. I cannot recommend this team highly enough. 100 out of 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I received maintenance services and a repair. The technician Jesse that came out to make the repairs and maintenance on my 2 units was very respectful of my property showed up on time when he said he was going be there very knowledgeable, Polite , professional and well organized his tools and his equipment and his work van was well kept he had done the service and the repair in a Timely matter I will be requesting him by name when service or repairs needed

Had a new system installed in my attic The installation looks amazing the installer Trey and his helper were kind , polite and kept everything clean and very professional they are the ones that everyone should hope for ! The salesman Caleb He is a great salesman but not pushy He knew exactly what we needed for our new system had a problem in the beginning but he handled it quickly and made it right And while my unit was being installed he brought unforeseen parts to them on a weekend job so they didn’t have to slow down Everyone I have dealt with has been great if I could give more than 5 stars I would

I'm ABSOLUTELY pleased with the services from Air Force. We had to get a new unit replaced & Trey & Kit are the best tech ever. Very professional, knowledgeable, polite/friendly. They went above & beyond to make sure everything was good/correct. There were some small issues w/ parts but they did an exceptional job rectifying the problem. They took the time to come back the next day(on their off day) to complete the work so we wouldn't have to go any longer w/o air.Trey & Kit- AWESOME job😊

Caleb Laster helped be determine the best way to proceed, gave sound advice and guidance without pushing me into something I did not want to do. I had a great experience today with Air Force Heating and Air!! Needing a new HVAC system for your house is really not one of those things you look forward to! This company has trained their people to make it easy on the homeowner. Hunter and Gabe arrived on time this morning and in under 5 hours my home was cool again. They are both very courteous knowledgeable young men who work well as a team. They made sure to clean up any insulation etc that fell out of the attic. Caleb is a true professional, he excels in every manor of excellence pertaining to servicing his customers. In my experience there is no other person that I will deal with. In my time of need he was honest and treated my family with respect. He overlooked our chaotic household and made himself at home as he assessed our system and imagined a plan that was brought to reality with the technical expertise of the Air Force Heating and Air installation team. Caleb is without a doubt a giant amongst his peers, if there are any.

Our entire system had to be replaced a heat pump. I was shocked at how much a new system costs! Anyway Caleb was a nice young man showed me the options. He was also kind enough to let us use a small window unit he had with him. He wasn’t sure it could be installed next day but he made it happen! The person that installed the system was also very good. Got there at 815 went to work had it done shortly after 12. Showed us had to operate new thermostat. Do not know his name.
