Our Guarantees

• The Unbeatable Price and Lifetime Warranty Guarantees are applicable only for our Comfort as a Service program.
• Price considered will be the monthly rate, prorated including all free months, value added in service, parts & labor, and any other discounts that are applied.
• Guarantee applies to qualified heating & cooling, water heaters, and water purification systems.
  
• Does not apply to builders.
  
• All additional discounts are at the sole discretion of Air Force Heating & Air and are subject to change without prior notice.

If the (HVAC) installation appointment cannot be completed as guaranteed (excluding permit-related delays), the customer will receive a $500 check or bill credit for the equivalent amount.

Next Day Installation Guarantee is only available on select systems when requested by the customer. Excludes Sundays and statutory holidays. For residential only. A completed agreement must be signed prior to 2:00 PM to qualify for the next day guarantee.

Guarantee applies to the next business day following permit approval, where required. Installation scheduling depends on receiving all necessary permits and approvals from local municipalities or counties. Air Force Heating & Air is not responsible for delays caused by permitting or inspection processes beyond our control.

We understand that heating, cooling, and plumbing emergencies can occur at anytime which is why we never charge our customers extra for weekend or after-hours calls. We are also upfront and transparent with our pricing.
