Rob was super communicative prior to arrive and upon arrive quickly diagnosed the fixed the problem. He also gave me some to keep an eye out for in case of future issue. Great customer service. Finally, an HVAC Company That Delivered After a frustrating experience with the company that originally installed my HVAC system, finding Airforce Heating and Cooling was a breath of fresh air, literally and figuratively. I contacted Airforce after my barely one-year-old air conditioner failed. Rob M. and his team responded quickly. Rob followed up on my call, arrived when promised, thoroughly assessed the situation, and gave me professional, intelligent recommendations. Most importantly, he explained the repair and the costs clearly. Considering I was paying for parts and labor on a relatively new system installed by another company, I felt the price was fair. The repair was delayed a few days because of the part shipment. Then, on the day the work was scheduled, it rained. Rob and his team had traveled all the way to far-east Indianapolis, but the weather forced them to put the job on standby. I honestly wondered if I would be waiting even longer. I didn't have to. A few hours later, Rob was back at my home with his team, ready to finish the job. They completed the repair before sunset. That may sound like a small thing, but after going through an entire summer without reliable air conditioning and dealing with another company that had identified me as a "VIP customer," it meant a lot. We called Air Force Heating & Cooling in Brownsburg. Rob M. came out to do a diagnostic on our nearly 30 yr old A/C. We know that we were prime candidates for a hard sell on a new system. However that was not the case with AF. Rob was pleasant, courteous, and genuinely concerned for customer satisfaction. Our hope is to get through 1 more summer. Rob was forthright in explaining the situation providing multiple options with pricing. He added 2 lbs. of gas that improved the performance of the unit. He was trying to make it as cost effective for us as possible, which we appreciated being retired and on fixed income. From my initial experience with Air Force, I would definitely recommend them.
