Luke was amazing. He worked with my husband and myself and answered every question we had before and after. The conversations genuine and truthful. The installers were Gage and Hunter that came out and they were also amazing. They were prompt and also answered any questions we had. They even noticed other things and pointed it out to us as well. Most definitely the best employee's.😊🥳

Best experience with an unplanned need. Came home from a week long work trip to find the AC was not cooling. After a little searching, we decided to call Air Force. They got us on the schedule that day ( HUGE WIN), plus the tech was early for the appointment timeframe. Probably luck of the draw for us that day, but was extremely comforting knowing we didn’t have to wait days for someone to come out. Charles got right to work. After checking the system, he gave us a full rundown of what was wrong. The issue is not something they take care of, so Charles gave us great direction. Pricing was reasonable and we got a quick fix to get the AC running on a hot day. 10/10 recommend. This was the most pleasant “emergency”.

I received a full HVAC system. Everything was completed with excellence!! LUKE, TREY, and JEFF were awesome. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They were very professional, courteous, clean, and careful. They even offered to hang my clothes back up in the closet after they finished. There was also a young man that came and took measurements. It’s sometimes hard to get a reliable, competent, honest contractor on short notice. When your AC goes out, you need help as soon as possible. As a Marine veteran, I liked Air Force’s commercials. First their web site - perfect, great way to schedule an appointment. Tim came right on time, calling me beforehand, giving me a 30-minute heads up. Professional in all regards, he quickly diagnosed the problem. Instead of trying to sell me a new unit, he walked me through what needed to be fixed and explained what it would cost. Totally reasonable price. Tim quickly fixed the problem and got my AC back online. I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend Air Force Heating & Air. You won’t be disappointed.

I am so thankful for Noah, Colin and Air Force Heating & Air! I had duct work and cleaning done on my house that being restored! I know most people ask about the price first so I have to say they were very reasonable. And their availability is outstanding. Now for the two man team that came out. Noah and Colin were very professional, punctual and also personable. I say that because some people can be professional without being being kind or personable. As the two were there; there were men working on the house that found mold and told me that they were “ just going to put some bleach on it” and it would be fine. Very respectfully and professional, Noah & Colin had me come with them to look at the A/C unit and Noah shared with me the dangers & hazards of just bleaching mold.Its not work that the company does so he wasn’t trying to get more money. He was observant and took time to help me when they could have just left early. I only had 9 vents so it was quicker than some larger houses. I had no idea who to call or what to expect. He had a company on the phone, explained the situation,& had me an appointment for the next day before I could reach full panic mode! BTW I’ll be reviewing the other company soon as they were a hit also. But for Noah and Colin to take the time to just listen and help out is a 5 star for them and then the company as well. These are two very knowledgeable and helpful young men who went out of their way, did their jobs well, and were still able to go on to the next job on schedule. I can’t say ,”THANK YOU “ enough for the work, price, and attention to detail that has saved the health of my family and son moving in. The company as a hold is so professional starting with my first experience with the appointment scheduler!

I recently lost my friend/HVAC technician to a tragedy and I had to find a technician today to come out. I don’t trust A lot of companies bc most only see dollar signs and not the customer. I called around today and decided to go with Air Force Heating & Air… and I’m glad I did! My technician was amazing!!! He explained to me what I did wrong in a very detailed & easy to understand way. Got me fixed up quickly while double checking everything to make sure all was on the up and up.. Super kind and humble with great customer service skills!!! Very fast response time, great customer service, very reasonably priced!!! I can’t brag enough!!! Thank You for hiring great technicians and Thank You Shamar/Todd for being an amazing technician!!! Luke, the home comfort advisor presented us with an array of options and information from which to choose in order to make an informed decision. The installation techs, Gage and Hunter arrived early the next morning and completed the professional install in very little time. The entire process was rapid and hassle free, a shining example of what great customer service looks like.
