Several years ago, purchased an A/C unit from Best Home Services. Broke down every 3-4 months. One yr later, needed service for it and they wanted to charge over $1,000. They never come to your home with parts and the customer is charged for the time it takes them to go get the part. After this incident, we called Air Force One. They did everything they could to help us out, even not charging us sometimes, as they knew what we had been going thru. Since then, we had to buy another A/C unit, purchased from Air Force One and we continue to get the best service ever. Thank you Air Force 1.

I have used them multiple times now and every time they are kind, professional, respectful, and courteous. They do everything they can to take care you the best they can without trying to upsell services that are not needed. They are very trustworthy. They worked very cleanly. I highly recommend them and will us them for all services going forward. Update: Service was amazing until I actually bought the new air conditioner. Have not heard from them since. Was supposed to have a one year preventative maintenance plan, it was scheduled, tech did not show up, then just showed up the next day while I was at work. When I called the office to find out what was going on the person that answered just said well I am new. That was it. They have performed no maintenance and I have had the unit for a year. Also, when installing my air filter was at the return in the garage. The new one is in the house. They fabricated a way for it to hold the air filter, but did not return for months, after multiple phone calls to have the actual one to be installed. Terrible, terrible customer service.

My brother-in-law and his wife are visiting my condo in Fort Myers and called me on Sunday to say the AC was not functioning. I contacted Air Force 1 and left a message. Monday morning the call was returned and I ordered a new system, which was installed on Wednesday. The installation went smoothly with no problems. Melissa was a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend using Air Force 1 for all your air conditioning and heating needs.
