Our Guarantees

Next Day Installation Guarantee is only available on select systems when requested by the customer. Excludes Sundays and statutory holidays. For residential only. A completed agreement must be signed prior to 2:00 PM to qualify for the next day guarantee.

Guarantee applies to the next business day following permit approval, where required. Installation scheduling depends on receiving all necessary permits and approvals from local municipalities or counties. Air Force Heating & Air is not responsible for delays caused by permitting or inspection processes beyond our control.

If the installation appointment cannot be completed as guaranteed (excluding permit-related delays), the customer will receive a $500 check or bill credit for the equivalent amount.
